These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Snow White Dry Cleaner, including dry cleaning, laundry, ironing, alterations, household textiles cleaning, shoe cleaning, and specialist item care.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By submitting items for cleaning, you confirm that:

You are the legal owner of the items.

You have checked all pockets for valuables, money, jewellery, electronics, or sharp objects.

You have informed us of any existing damage, stains, delicate fabrics, or special requirements.

You understand that results may vary based on fabric condition, age, and stain type.
We are not responsible for items left in pockets.
4. Care Labels & Cleaning Instructions
All items must have a visible and accurate care label.
If the customer requests cleaning contrary to the care label instructions, we will require written confirmation and cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
5. Stain Removal
We do our best to remove stains safely; however:

Some stains may not be removable.

Older or untreated stains may leave marks.

Attempting removal may damage delicate fabrics.
Snow White Dry Cleaner cannot guarantee complete stain removal.
6. Damage, Shrinkage & Wear
We take the highest care with every item, but due to the nature of fabrics:

Some garments may shrink slightly during cleaning (especially natural fibres).

Old, worn, or fragile items may weaken or tear.

Decorative elements (beading, sequins, buttons) may loosen.
We are not liable for issues caused by age, poor construction, manufacturer defects, or prior damage.
7. Lost Items
We take all precautions to ensure no items are lost.
However, in rare cases:

Any claim for a lost item must be made within 48 hours of collection.

Proof of receipt must be presented.

Compensation will not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge of the item, and never the full replacement value.
8. Collection & Delivery
If you use our collection and delivery service:

Time slots are approximate and may vary.

If you are unavailable at the agreed time, a re-delivery fee may apply.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic or external conditions.
9. Payments
Payments must be made:

In-store at the time of collection

Or upon delivery for collection/delivery customers
We accept cash, card, and contactless payments.
Unpaid items may not be released.
10. Uncollected Items
Items not collected within:

90 days from the drop-off date
may be donated or disposed of to recover storage costs. We will attempt contact before taking action.
11. Specialist Items
Specialist services include:

Wedding dresses

Leather, suede, and fur

Designer or couture garments

Shoe and trainer cleaning
Due to the delicate nature of these items, customers accept that results may vary and certain risks may be present.
12. Liability Limitations
Snow White Dry Cleaner’s total liability for any claim is limited to:

10 times the cleaning fee,

and never more than £150 per item.
We do not accept liability for:

Colour fading

Weakening of fabric

Buttons, zips, or embellishments

Items without care labels
-
Pre-existing damaged or heavily worn garments

By using our website, you agree:
